"When the dealership failed to transfer my insurance to my new vehicle, the folks at Celinda Trull's office took care of the issue. This taught me a lesson, don't count on the dealership to handle transfers. Double check to see if all legalities are current. Celinda's staff took care of me, trust them."

"Due to dramatic increases in my auto and homeowners insurance rates, I was forced to leave my long-time (close to 30 years) insurance provider. After significant research and spending time getting quotes from various other carriers, I found great rates at Celinda Trull's State Farm agency. During this process, I worked directly with Dimple Ratra at Ms Trull's agency and found her to be quite professional, patient, and responsive. As one might imagine, leaving a long-term relationship can be quite stressful and Dimple worked with me extremely well throughout this process, assuaging all of my concerns and answering all my questions promptly. In short, aside from the great rates, I was pleased to move to State Farm and look forward to a long relationship made easier by being able to deal with quality professionals like Dimple."

"We love Celinda and her team. In a way, Kacee has watched us grow up since we moved here to Charlotte six years ago!
